Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager will plan and execute overall marketing strategy. You will be ultimately accountable for delivering projected customer growth within planned timeframe and budget.

Responsibilities:

·       Lead customer acquisition initiatives through social marketing and paid online marketing

·       Be responsible for marketing campaign development, planning, execution, creative content writing.

·       Create and retain partnerships with restaurants/bars, elite users/bloggers, and food/drink industry influencers 

·       Conduct market research and lead both business and individual customer engagement programs such as surveys and events planning.

·       Drive and oversee online marketing/offline marketing campaign, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, community development, and customer loyalty programs.

·       Design and conduct A/B testing to improve traffic and conversions rates, provide hands-on UI/UX design assistance such as email, landing pages, banners, etc.

·       Mine marketing campaign data and monitor performance KPIs for continuous improvement.

·       Lead launch process for new partners joining the marketplace, overseeing data collection, marketing and PR, and operation

Requirements:

·       Familiar with online marketing tools including SEO, SEM, CPA, CTR, Quality Score, CPC, social-local-mobile, Facebook Ads and Apps, etc.

·       Some data analysis and performance monitoring, SQL experience is a plus.

·       Experience or knowledge of social media advertising, optimization, targeting, retargeting.

·       Startup experience or some agile project management practice and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast paced environment with little supervision

·       Strong written, verbal communication skills, focusing on execution and be adaptive, result oriented.

·       In-depth Growth Hacking knowledge or experience is a big plus.

·       You are passionate about food and sharing on social media.

 

Sales Manager

The Sales Manager will lean and execute overall sales strategy. You will be responsible for the sales goal accomplishment and mid to long term sales growth plan.

Responsibilities:

·        Act in both Sales person and Sales Manager intern capacity who is comfortable managing a team upon internship completion.

·        Create strategies and execute in both online and offline settings to build your sales leads and pipeline.

·        Initiate and execute tasks in the full sales cycle: cold calls, prospective qualifying, advising business owners to use our solutions for better customer engagement.

·        Conduct sales training, planning, and forecasting and periodically provide demonstrations to the management and your own team

·        Implement sales campaign contests, manage leaderboards and overall enthusiasm of the sales team 

·        Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals and revenue generation activities

·        Source, interview and hire prospective seals team members

Requirements:

·        Ability to improve yourself, coach fellow teammate, and eventually  lead a team

·        Exceptional oral communication and presentation  skills
